An initial conversation with Laurie Minerbi outlines the prospective work and OSI’s capabilities. What led to the call or contact? What are the most pressing issues? Is the situation urgent? If OSI is not the right “fit” for the work, we will assist you in finding a provider who is.
An in-person meeting with Laurie at the client’s home or office fleshes out the issues. In this 1 – 2 hour meeting with key decision makers, we review relevant materials, identify a preliminary list of objectives and provide general recommendations toward achieving them.
We provide you with a one page Action Plan that synthesizes key objectives and recommends step-by-step solutions with time and cost estimates for each step. Clients can select any one or more steps on which to act. We work at your pace – the Action Plan helps us prioritize and complete the most urgent tasks first.
We incorporate the approved Action Plan into our Client Agreement. We begin work as the client prefers and bill monthly for time spent and pre-approved expenses. Should unforeseen issues arise, we notify clients immediately and discuss any potential changes to the original Action Plan or estimate.
